Study On Producity Management Mode Of Tian Yi Hyropower Station

After more than ten years of rapid development,the domestic hydro-power industry has slowed down the pace of development,entered the post-hydro power era,hydro-power enterprises put more energy into the operation and management of built hydro-power stations,how to operate scientifically,efficiently and improve efficiency has gradually become the focus of work of hydro-power enterprises.Different from the conventional production enterprises,the production,operation and management of large hydro-power plants have their own characteristics.The major hydro-power enterprises have practiced various production and management inodes in their long-term operation.This paper introduces the characteristics,mainstream modes and development trends of production management of hydro-power stations,analyses the advantages and disadvantages of each mainstream mode and its application,and introduces the history and current situation of TY hydro-power station,a national large(1)project.By analyzing the existing problems of TY hydro-power station,it is proposed that the generation of TY hydro-power station should adopt the mode of remote monitoring,few people on duty,stripping maintenance and integration of operation and maintenance.And the specific technical support scheme,organization adjustment scheme and staffing scheme are put forward to carry out the transformation of production management mode.The necessity and feasibility of carrying out the transformation of production management mode are demonstrated,and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the benefit of the implementation scheme are carried out.Through the research,it is concluded that it is necessary and feasible for TY hydro-power station to implement the transformation of production management mode.The implementation of new operation and management mode will greatly save costs,improve production efficiency and enhance competitiveness,play an important role in improving quality,increasing efficiency and reducing staff of the TY hydro-power station,and also lead and drive the transformation and development of other hydro-power stations and even hydro-power sector of the Guangdong Power Group where the TY hydro-power station is located.At the same time,this study can play a valuable reference role in the production and operation management of other large hydro-power stations in China.
