| In the past few years,the rapid development of economic globalization has led to the rapid increase of energy demand and the increase of energy consumption,which has caused a series of problems such as resource shortage and environmental change.Xi told the Ninth Leading Group for Financial and Economic Affairs that China should pay close attention to energy security and keep abreast of new developments in the international energy market.In the process of social and economic development in China,energy plays a supporting role,but China’s traditional fossil energy is relatively deficient,and some energy types rely on imports.Therefore,how to use energy efficiently is very important,and the level of energy efficiency is related to the speed and quality of economic development.In addition to the traditional fossil energy,China’s renewable energy development has entered a new stage.At present,China’s renewable energy power installation ranks first in the world,and power energy has become one of the important energy forms,in recent years,the proportion of electric energy consumption in China’s energy consumption structure has increased significantly.It is foreseeable that the achievement of the 3060 dual carbon development goal can not be achieved without the important form of electric energy substitution,therefore,it is necessary to study and analyze the power energy efficiency in order to reach the 14th five-year plan target better.This paper mainly focuses on the research object of China’s provincial power energy efficiency,and studies the background and development trend of energy efficiency and power energy efficiency.There are many existing research methods to analyze by single model,which is difficult to adapt to the current trend of China’s economic transformation and upgrading.Therefore,this paper first summarizes the domestic and foreign literature on power energy efficiency,and analyzes the trend of power development.Secondly,the DEA related model is described,and the evaluation index system of power energy efficiency is established,and the evaluation index is determined from the perspective of input-output.Then,through DEA-Malmquist index model,the paper conducts empirical analysis and research on the power energy efficiency of 29 provinces in China from 2016 to 2019.Through DEA-BCC model and Malmquist index method,the static and dynamic combination method is adopted to analyze and study the power energy efficiency in various regions of China.From the perspective of comprehensive efficiency,the comprehensive efficiency of regional power energy in China is generally low,and the projection calculation and analysis of the low level of power energy efficiency is carried out;From the perspective of total factor productivity,it also shows a trend of decreasing year by year,indicating that the overall utilization efficiency of power energy in China is not saturated.Finally,through the specific analysis of the power energy efficiency in various regions of China,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the efficiency of power energy.This paper analyzes the main factors affecting the power energy efficiency,mainly with the help of Tobit model to do regression analysis,from the four levels of industrial structure,living standards,technological progress and opening up.The final results show that technological progress and industrial structure are the key factors affecting the power energy efficiency,at the same time,the impact of living standards and opening to the outside world on power energy efficiency is not obvious.At present,we should recognize the key problems and solutions of China’s current power energy efficiency,and put forward effective strategies to alleviate the contradiction between power supply and demand in order to improve China’s power energy efficiency. |
