| Hangcha Group’s business scale has expanded rapidly in the past ten years.At present,the production capacity of each forklift assembly line is low,and it has gradually been unable to keep up with the market demand.The company urgently needs the production line to exert its potential to meet the demand,and the assembly line of Hangcha Group is also facing the dilemma that the production capacity can not be fully released.At present,the intellectualization in the production process of Hangcha Group has been applied to many departments on a large scale.However,due to the gap of dexterity,the work of assembly department can not be replaced by the current intelligent equipment.Therefore,it is urgent to develop industrial engineering methods in the improvement of forklift assembly production line.Aiming at the unbalanced production capacity of Hangcha Group’s assembly line,this paper investigates the assembly line of A series products by means of industrial engineering,finds out the bottleneck stations that affect the balance of assembly line 1,and improves them in all aspects to improve the balance and unit time production capacity.The research work mainly includes:(1)Based on Hangcha Group’s assembly line 1,a large number of work-hour information of each station in the assembly line are measured and observed on site,and the balance rate of production line is calculated.The bottlenecks affecting the balance rate of production line are found by using fishbone analysis,program analysis and action analysis.(2)Industrial engineering methods such as "ECRS" method,"5W1H" method and "action economy principle" are used to optimize the bottleneck workstation of assembly line 1,and mechanical hand is added to the workstation of tire with heavy body load to improve efficiency.At the same time,the distribution mode of some large parts is rationally optimized.(3)Intelligent tightening machine is selected for key moment points of bolts to improve production efficiency.In this paper,the configuration and function of tightening equipment needed by the company are selected and studied,the tightening equipment is calibrated,and tightening data is uploaded to the company database by data interface for analysis and evaluation.(4)After a series of optimization improvements,the feasibility of improving the general assembly line of forklift trucks by industrial engineering method is verified.Through the improvement,the operators of the general assembly line 1 are reduced by one person,the daily production capacity is increased from 72 to 95,and the balance rate of production line is increased from 71.29% to 92.83%.It fully proves that the intelligent improvement of tightening machine and the industrial engineering method can improve the production management of the assembly line 1.Through improving the production capacity of Hangcha Group’s assembly line 1,the project has played a tremendous economic value for enterprises,It fully shows that the intelligent improvement of tightening machine and the method of industrial engineering can improve the production management level of assembly line. |
