With the increase of customers' individualized demand,the manufacturing of products has changed from mass production to multiple varieties and small-batch production,which makes the manufacturing and assembly lines of enterprises more flexible.Due to the improvement of process flexibility,the complexity of assembly relationship of each process in the assembly process of manufacturing system products is also greatly increased.Based on this,this paper introduces the complexity of assembly relationship into the optimization of assembly line balance.Considering the balance of workstation load and the difference of assembly process complexity on each workstation,the optimization scheme of assembly line balance is obtained,which makes the assembly task of each workstation more reasonable and reduces the assembly error rate.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,a representation method of complexity of process relationship based on information entropy is proposed.In order to describe the relationship between assembly processes,the related attributes between processes are defined,and the calculation method of the value of the related attributes is given.Then,the representation method of the complexity of a process and the complexity of the whole assembly line is proposed by using the formula of information entropy.Secondly,the mathematical models of single and mixed Multiple varieties assembly line balancing optimization are established.The objective of this model is to minimize the difference index of assembly relationship complexity and the load balance index of assembly line workstation.The calculation method of assembly relationship complexity difference index is given.On this basis,an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on priority weight and multilevel sequence coding is designed to solve the two problems.Finally,using the modeling theory and improved algorithm in this paper,the empirical study of single and mixed varieties is carried out respectively.Through the analysis of the results before and after optimization,it is proved that the assembly line balancing optimization using this method can reduce the complexity difference between workstations under the condition of ensuring the load balancing of assembly line and the highest balancing rate,improve the product qualification rate,so that the assembly process to achieve a true sense of balance.This article contains a total of 29 figures,12 tables and 68 references.
