Research And Development Of SML-Based Modeling Methods For Part Family

This dissertation combines the Zhejiang manufacturing informatization Major Science Research Project--"Food and Beverage Mechanical Product Digital Design and Manufacturing Integration Platform Development and Application", uses the leading product of application demonstration enterprise (XXX group Co., LTD.) --beverage filling conveyor line as application object, and discusses the procedure of part family modeling based on SML, the method of part family geometry model generation and part family polytechnic document construction, as well as providing the part family modeling and analysis tool based on SML table.It firstly introduces the research background, scope and importance, reviews the relationship among product family, part family and variant design technology, as well as the recent research situation. It also reviews the recent study of part database technology, the related standards of part family modeling based on the characteristics of things and other related works.Based on giving the definition of part family and introduction the demand of part family modeling, it describes the development procedure of part family modeling based on the table of characteristics of things and the development technologies of part family modeling, including product module plan, basic part information analysis, part characteristic table description technique and the serialization of part parts characteristic parameters.Then this dissertation describes the study of part family geometric modeling and process modeling respectively. It gives the instructions of part family geometrical modeling procedure and process modeling procedure, and detailed introduces the geometric modeling, the impart of process characteristics to geometric modeling and the choice of process characteristics, etc, which provides the data support for the implementation of part family main diagram and process in variant design system. This paper introduces the function requirements of part family modeling and analysis tool, and also the information requirement, data model and data flowchart of this tool in details. According to it. and combing the modeling data of transport line, it gives the operation example of the part family modeling and analysis tool. Finally, it gives the conclusion and future work.
