Railway transportation is an important mode of transportation in China.From 2016 to2020,China ’ s railway freight volume increased from 33.31 billion tons to 4.460 billion tons,an increase of about 33.86 %.At present,there are more than 870,000 freight cars on in China,only increasing by about 14 % in the past five years.In order to keep the improvement of railway vehicle transport capacity up with the growth rate of freight volume and freight turnover rate,China ’ s railway is implementing the policies of heavy load,speed increase and increment.The turnover frequency of vehicles is increasing,and the time of train station-stop maintenance will be reduced.The maintenance safety guarantee distance of railway freight cars is extended to 1000 km,and the station-stop maintenance distance of railway freight cars increases and the number of times decreases.The use of TFDS man-machine combination operation instead of the traditional manual operation on the spot has become the potential driving force for adjusting the layout of Train Inspection Operation Field and changing the operation mode of train inspection,which has prompted the railway freight car to move forward in the use of safety precautions.The implementation of TFDS dynamic inspection centralized operation platform has prompted the transformation of Dynamic Inspection Operation Management Mode from “ decentralized ” to“ centralized ”.TFDS centralized operation has also become an important measure for freight depots to implement “ promoting cost savings and consumption reduction,streamlining personnel institutions and optimizing production organization ”.In this paper,the production organization mode of regional centralized operation in Chengdu North depot and the application of TFDS centralized operation platform are taken as the research objects.The process analysis method is used to analyze the various links in the production organization of TFDS centralized operation.A set of production organization mode of ’fine decision-making,reasonable planning and flexible adjustment’is formed,and the feasibility study scheme is provided for the upgrading and optimization of TFDS dynamic inspection centralized operation platform.By adopting the production organization optimization and personnel allocation dynamic allocation scheme in this paper,the number of working groups on duty in Chengdu North Depot is optimized from 5 fixed groups to 5-6 dynamic groups.Taking the data of passing trains in 2020 as an example,the per capita hourly inspection is reduced from 2.6 trains to 2.1 trains.The problem that the TFDS dynamic inspection analysis of trains cannot be completed during the dense arrival period in a certain region leads to the long-term waiting for inspection of trains is eliminated,and more than 95 % of the freight trains complete the TFDS dynamic inspection operation and the disposal of forecast faults within the specified time range is ensured.
