China has entered a new stage of development, with the development of the country, FAW D company has made rapid progress, the integrated management of the D company project under the premise of the era of change, FAW D company must fully promote the project integrated management, and in the production work to use, conduct in-depth research. Project integrated management and traditional project management work have essential difference, it is the FAW D company within a one-time and has a clear development goal, as well as a clear budget and schedule requirements of multi task activities as a comprehensive project, at the same time, according to the FAW D company project specialization method and technical means to carry out comprehensive management, in order to be able to leave the conventional method, faster, better to achieve the goal of comprehensive management and practice. The project comprehensive management theory was born in the practice of enterprise management in our country, and from the practice of continuous development of the theory, and then from the theory gradually applied to the practice, in order to continue the evolution of this spiral method, project management system gradually improved.
