Research On Production Operation Improvement Of KSM Company

With the aggravation of the competition in the automobile market,the enterprises with high management level and advanced technology have won more market share,so the importance of improving the management level and developing new technology is highlighted.For auto parts enterprises,it is necessary and urgent to explore a production management method with enterprise characteristics that conforms to the objective development law of enterprises.This paper takes the production and operation of KSM enterprises as the research content.The main research methods are literature research,case analysis,qualitative analysis and expert consultation.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign literature,this paper summarizes the production and operation related theories guiding significance for this study,and lays the theoretical foundation of this paper.It studies the production and operation related problems of KSM enterprises,analyzes the existing problems in the aspects of organization and operation mode,production strategy selection,production personnel incentive,etc.,and analyzes its information management system,multi post skills training,and corporate culture Training and other causes are analyzed.These problems jointly restrict the rapid development of KSM enterprises.Aiming at the problems in the production and operation of KSM enterprises,this paper gives the optimization and specific implementation plan to solve the problems.In the aspect of organizational operation mode,this paper studies the characteristics of different organizational operation modes,and designs a cost center production and operation system with the characteristics of networking,flattening and boundaryless.In terms of production strategy selection,based on the seasonal fluctuating demand of automobile market,the selection criteria of balanced production strategy,flexible production strategy and breakthrough constraint production strategy are designed.In the aspect of production personnel incentive,based on Maslow’s demand theory and the actual situation of production personnel,the incentive level,grading assessment method,two-way push-pull incentive mechanism,special incentive mechanism for reserve talents and cost center group incentive mechanism of KSM enterprise are designed.In view of the causes of the problem,this paper puts forward three guarantee mechanisms: the establishment of production management information system to support the organization’s operation mode and market fluctuation demand tracking;the improvement of multi position skill training system for employees,which is divided into two parts: the training of twi trainers and the process of multi position skill training;the two-level construction of enterprise culture,and the methods and functions of the two-level construction of enterprise culture and department culture.
