| Biomass energy is considered to be the largest renewable energy.The utilization of biomass energy can not only alleviate the problem of environmental pollution,but also alleviate the energy crisis.Among them,biomass power generation technology is relatively mature and has been widely used.China is a large agricultural country,biomass energy is widely distributed and rich in production,which has the advantage of developing biomass energy.However,many biomass power generation enterprises in China have production deficits.The main reasons include difficult raw material collection,high cost,complex supply chain structure,uncoordinated supply chain and imperfect power generation supply chain,which lead to a small proportion of biomass energy utilization in China.Supply chain integration can not only strengthen the strategic cooperation in all aspects,but also emphasize the adaptation of enterprise structure and supply chain structure.The purpose of biomass power generation supply chain integration is to achieve the common goal of all participants in the power generation supply chain,enhance the mutual trust of stakeholders,and form a strategic cooperation relationship of risk sharing,mutual benefit and long-term cooperation.The integration of the supply chain of biomass power generation can improve the operation efficiency of the supply chain,promote the cooperation of participants,and enhance the anti risk ability of the supply chain.Therefore,it is necessary to study the integration of the supply chain of biomass power generation.This paper first analyzes the domestic and foreign research results on the integration of biomass power generation supply chain,and summarizes the existing problems of biomass power generation industry and power generation supply chain in China at the present stage.Then the basic theory of biomass power generation supply chain is analyzed,and the related theories and methods of supply chain integration are elaborated.Then the structure of the supply chain is analyzed from the main participants and the operation process of the supply chain.Then,taking biomass power generation enterprises and biomass raw material suppliers as the integration objects,the economic performance of biomass power generation system is analyzed,and the economic benefit model under the cooperative alliance is established.The economic benefit model is used to analyze the integration and non integration of power generation supply chain.The results show that the integrated biomass power generation supply chain has good economy.Then,this paper constructs a biomass power generation supply chain integration model from the perspective of carbon emission reduction,analyzes the results of carbon emission reduction after integration,and discusses the impact of supply chain integration on carbon emission reduction.Through the analysis of economic and environmental benefits after integration,it shows that the implementation of supply chain integration can promote the sustainable development of biomass power generation supply chain in China.Finally,this paper proposes a series of strategies and supporting measures for the integration of biomass power generation supply chain from four aspects:the integration of biomass raw material suppliers,the integration of biomass power generation enterprises,the integration of supply chain cooperation mode and the integration of government policies.The purpose is to strengthen the integration of biomass power generation supply chain and promote the sustainable development of power generation supply chain. |
