| As a vast agricultural country,China has a wealth of biomass resources.But in reality,many of biomass plants faced bankruptcies because of the amount of their straw purchases shortage.The existing problems in the straw biomass supply chain were in-depth analyzing in order to find out the reasons for the shortage of raw materials and the improvement methodologies.Through analysis,the main problems of straw biomass supply chain were the great difficulties for the acquisition of straw and the high logistic cost.For the sake of those problems,the process of preprocessing the straw should be performed by farmer and 3PL should be involved.The key to making the total cost related to purchasing and operating the equipments of straw pretreatment affordable to farmers is to introduce supply chain finance.In the meantime,the requirement of 3PL for SCF was in accordance with the solutions to biomass supply chain's problem.What's more,farmer cooperative should be introduced for the sake of the successful operations of SCF in the straw biomass supply chain.In this paper,the theory of supply chain finance was introduced into the straw biomass supply chain system,and a thorough exploration about the straw biomass supply chain finance system based on system dynamics was developed.A straw biomass supply chain finance system was developed based on the theory and thoughts of supply chain finance.Through an in-depth analysis of the affecting factors and their mutual relationship in the system,a straw biomass supply chain finance system dynamics model was constructed.After determining the parameters of the model through investigation and literature studies,a simulation analysis verified that the straw biomass supply chain finance system can improve the revenue of the entire supply chain,as well as the revenue of farmer cooperative,biomass plant,and bank.Finally,some policy suggestions were provided based on the result of sensitivity analyses. |
