| The small and medium-size enterprises(SMEs)are the most important parts in the vehicle supply chain.With the experience of those economically Developed Countries,The large enterprises leading and SMEs mutual development strategy is without exception.SMEs were known as the national development future and the source of economic development.The thesis use an analysis of theoretical research and solutions,according to “smiling curve” as the theoretical basis and integrate the other related theories to analyze the growing path of private small and medium sized auto parts enterprises.Starting from the essence of enterprises,this paper explores the problems faced by enterprises at the present stage,summarizes the problems encountered in the development of private small and medium sized auto parts enterprises,combined with existing theories.Starting from two aspects of practice and theory,this paper summarizes the problems encountered by private small and medium-sized auto parts enterprises,and solves existing problems through practice and theory.On the basis of studying the theory,this paper selects a representative private company EA company,which is a small and medium-sized auto parts company,and analyzes its development and current business form.On this basis,the value innovation from key capabilities to upstream and downstream is worked out,hoping to conclude a set of strategies and methods for private small and medium-sized auto parts enterprises to get rid of the "Red Ocean ".Starting from small and medium sized independent brand auto parts enterprises,looking at the development status in the industry and the facing difficulties,not only learning the success of others,but also a combination of China’s national conditions and market conditions,starting from their own combination of theoretical guidance,find suitable for small and medium-sized independent brand auto parts enterprises in their own way. |
