With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of construction technology,prefabricated buildings have become an inevitable requirement for the sustainable development of society.Compared with the traditional construction mode,the prefabricated construction mode can achieve the maximum efficiency of building materials and energy by the intensive production of construction parts.At the same time,the installation of components during the construction process can effectively reduce construction waste emissions,air pollution,and noise pollution.Etc.,significantly improve the quality of the construction environment.However,the development of industrialization of prefabricated housing in my country is still in its infancy.The promotion effect of consumers on its ecological improvement only stays at the superficial level such as "community environment optimization".The ecological nature of the prefabricated housing industry chain is not clear,so In the context of industrialization,the evaluation of the ecological improvement effect of prefabricated houses is still a reliable basis for research to improve market acceptance.Moreover,the ecological evaluation of prefabricated buildings in our country is still in the exploratory stage.In order to enrich the green ecological evaluation system in the field of prefabricated buildings,it is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable prefabricated housing ecological improvement effect evaluation system that is compatible with sustainable development.The thesis first combed the domestic and foreign research status of the ecological improvement effect,sustainability evaluation and cloud model application of prefabricated houses,discussed the necessity of ecological sustainability evaluation of prefabricated houses and the applicability of cloud model,and discussed the applicability of the prefabricated houses.The connotation of the industrialization of residential houses was analyzed,and the industrial chain composition of prefabricated houses and traditional houses was compared and studied,highlighting the promotion effect of prefabricated houses in ecological improvement.With the help of SCP analysis paradigm(Structure-Conduct-Performance)to study the conduction process of the ecological improvement effect of prefabricated housing in the process of industrialization development,policy changes lead to changes in the housing market structure,and various business entities produce behaviors to improve competitiveness,and then study these The behavior of prefabricated houses has an ecological improvement effect,and an evaluation index system for the ecological improvement effect of prefabricated houses based on SCP is established.On this basis,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each index,and the cloud model theory is applied to realize the mutual conversion between the qualitative concept and quantitative data of the evaluation index,overcome the ambiguity and randomness of the evaluation,and construct the ecological improvement effect of the prefabricated house.Evaluate the cloud model.In order to verify the applicability of the evaluation model,the thesis conducted an empirical study in conjunction with the Changsha City "Zhongjian Jinghe City"project,and intuitively expressed the evaluation results through cloud images,indicating that the ecological improvement of the project is at a "normal" level.There is still a certain distance from the "better".The overall policy market environment of Changsha City is relatively good,but the level of industrialization is not high,resulting in a mediocre ecological improvement effect of prefabricated houses.Based on this,scientific and reasonable,practical and feasible optimization suggestions are put forward.The thesis provides a feasible reference for the sustainable evaluation in the field of prefabricated housing,which is beneficial to promote the industrialization of prefabricated housing.
