Strength increasing as the railway safety management,in order to minimize the intermediate station shunting operation bring security risks,frequent railway section station among service station has become increasingly obvious,and the working train of thought of this puts forward higher requirements on section station transport organization,requirements section stood approach using quality,department coordination,organization and internal and external linkage to make changes in many aspects.However,from a practical point of view,the transportation organization of section stations still has some problems due to the influence of traditional operation ideas,personal experience operation habits and other factors.There are bottlenecks in the transportation production of stations that are difficult to break through,and even have a negative impact on the transportation efficiency of local road network and vehicle turnover.Through daily realistic analysis,the prominent problems in the transportation organization of the station are as follows: First,the station operating vehicles stop too long,which leads to the reduction of the transfer efficiency of vehicles.Second,the utilization efficiency of the station and yard approach road is low,the non-production waiting time of shunting operation is long,and the labor productivity is reduced.This paper analyzes the cause of these problems,think station operating car production process is not reasonable,various departments in each link as a whole is not enough caused the main reason for the working truck stopping time is too large,especially in the station and freight traffic and shunting,operation department lack of overall coordination between departments,stevedoring company,"car" phenomenon;Secondly,the operation department of the use of the arrival and departure line lack of anticipation in advance and a better calculation method for the use of the arrival and departure line,making the use of the station to the arrival and departure line more arbitrary,thus causing the use of the road tension,shunting operation of non-production waiting time is long,labor productivity is reduced.Based on the above analysis,this paper uses the principle of coordinated operation method to break the original production organization process of the station,takes the production organization of the work car with prominent problems as the object,breaks through the limitation of the operation scope of the station and single type of operation,and coordinates the whole production chain.According to the distribution of the station transport production operation process empty production organization,for unloading production organization and departure line decision using classification reengineering reconstruction,and further into the departure line using this key link,using mathematical programming method to build the station departure line using the algorithm model,auxiliary station operation departments in a planned way and the allocation using departure line,The reasonable use of arrival and departure lines is used to improve and optimize the efficient use of approaches,thus reducing the waiting time of non-production operations and improving the labor productivity of stations.
