In order to facilitate the majority of passengers to travel and adapt to the scientific development of the railway,the adjustment and optimization of the passenger train diagram has been carried out since 2010.For the large and medium-sized passenger stations of the general high-speed railway,the carrying capacity of the arrival-departure line and the utilization rate of the throat area are increasingly tense,and the operation scheme of the bus arrival-departure line will be changed after adjusting the running time of a certain bus in the bus cluster period.as a result,great changes have taken place in the operation of train organization,passenger transport organization,locomotive replacement and hanging,bus bottom pick-up and delivery and vehicle bottom preparation in this period of time.When the station participates in the adjustment of the train map,due to the lack of full-time mastery of the layout of the station yard,errors in bus technical operation,carelessness and human negligence,it is extremely easy to cause outstanding safety problems such as crossing the route of trains to departure in the same throat area,changing the lines of local locomotives(shunting locomotives)and train arrival and departure,or violating Article 301 of the General Speed Technical regulations.Great hidden dangers are buried in order to adjust the train diagram smoothly,which can easily lead to safety accidents such as slow operation of passenger trains,increase stop time at stations and delay trains.Taking the common outstanding problems of Baotou Station within the jurisdiction of China Railway Hohhot Bureau during the compilation of passenger train adjustment map as a case,this paper briefly describes the common problems of passenger train adjustment map and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.with the help of the concept of station technical operation chart,the purpose and function of bus hanging chart are put forward.At the same time,the model of bus hanging chart compiled independently by computer is established,the design idea and framework of computer compiling system of bus hanging chart are put forward,and the specific logic processing rules of train times,bus arrival-departure line and preparation line are set up.The computer decision-making to lay out the bus hanging diagram is realized,the preliminary purpose of constructing the intelligent hanging chart system is achieved,and the advantages and disadvantages of computer compilation and manual laying are complementary.It is expected to contribute to the rational use of passenger arrival and departure lines in large and medium-sized passenger stations of the general high-speed railway and improve the quality of the station adjustment plan of the train diagram.
