The railway passenger station is mainly a station that provides good service for outgoing passengers.It is also a key node in the road network and the place where passenger flow occurs and attracts.The station operation plan is the basis and key point of the dispatching and commanding work of the passenger station.Whether the station operation organization level is reasonable or not is directly related to the transportation organization and production efficiency of the station.Therefore,it is of great significance to formulate a reasonable station operation plan for the station operation.The operation plan of arrival departure track is the core content of the station operation plan,and its advantages and disadvantages have a great impact on the orderly operation of the station.The application plan of arrival departure railway is a two-dimensional optimization problem involving time and space,and it is also a key part of railway intelligent construction.In view of this,this paper studies the optimization of throat utilization and arrival-departure line utilization in railway passenger station.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of this problem at home and abroad,finds out some problems to be solved in their research,and makes some improvements on the basis of their research.This paper analyzes the organization process of technical operation of passenger station,expounds the classification and equipment configuration of passenger station,analyzes the relevant elements affecting the operation of departure line,and combs the calculation method of relevant time occupied by route and arrival-departure line in the process of train operation.(2)According to the application principle of arrival-departure track,under the conditions of known station plan and train schedule,the optimization model of throat utilization and distribution of arrival-departure track under normal conditions is established.The multi-objective optimization problem is normalized by AHP,and the tabu search algorithm is selected to solve the optimization problem according to the actual situation.In order to improve the time performance of the algorithm,the penalty coefficient is added to the objective function,and the model and algorithm are verified by the example designed in this paper.From the analysis of optimization results,it is found that the research of this paper has certain reference significance for this problem.(3)Generally,all kinds of equipment in the station can be used normally,but due to uncontrollable factors,the arrival-departure track of the station cannot be used normally.In order to complete the work arrangement of the station,it is necessary for the station staff to coordinate with relevant departments to repair the abnormal arrival-departure track to ensure that the train can receive and departure normally.Meanwhile,adjust the running route of the train and rearrange the occupation of the arrival-departure track by the train Reduce the transmission of train delay and delay caused by the failure of normal use of arrival-departure track.Through the analysis of the necessary principle of the train occupying the arrival-departure track,the optimization model of throat utilization and arrival-departure track utilization is established under the abnormal situation of the arrival-departure track.According to the characteristics of the problem,the genetic tabu search algorithm is designed to solve the model.Finally,the model and algorithm established in this paper are verified by a case.Through simulation,it is found that when 1,2 and 3 arrival-departure lines are abnormal,the system can return the allocation results of arrival-departure lines;when 4 arrival-departure lines are faulty,the system cannot return the available allocation results.
