Railway passenger operation is an important form of passenger transportation.Due to its large traffic volume,low cost,and environmental protection,it is valued by many countries and favored by passengers.Ensuring the necessary passing capacity is a key factor in the realization of passenger transportation.Effective station operation plans and reasonable use of station equipment are used to ensure the necessary passing capacity of the station.The use of arrival and departure tracks is an important link in the station operation plan.Reasonable arrangement for trains to occupy arrival and departure tracks are the key to the preparation stage.The efficient use of arrival and departure tracks can improve the service level and resource usage efficiency.Therefore,it is beneficial to improve the competitive advantage of railway to study the optimization of the arrival and departure lines of railway passenger station.First of all,on the basis of existing research,the paper determines the focus of this paper and the general framework of the paper.The technical operation process of the railway passenger station is described.A special simplified three-dimensional space-time network diagram is used to show the occupancy of the arrival and departure tracks,and the distribution principles of the arrival and departure tracks and the factors affecting the distribution of the departure lines are analyzed.Secondly,under the precondition that the station layout,operation diagram and other information are known,based on the arrival and departure tracks allocation principle,whether the train occupies a certain arrival and departure tracks as the decision variable,and the minimum and balanced use of the train occupying the arrival and departure tracks as the optimization goal.An optimization model for the application of the arrival and departure line at the railway passenger station at the scheduled arrival time is established.In the actual operation of the train,some uncertain factors make the time when the train actually arrives at the station change.Based on this,first analyze the uncertainty of the arrival time of the train,and propose the use of uncertain variables to represent the uncertainty of the arrival time of the train,and add the confidence that the difference should be satisfied when the difference is satisfied in the application optimization model of the arrival and departure line specified in the figure.The robust optimization model is established;then,the uncertainty theory is used to transform the model into a deterministic equivalent model.Finally,according to the actual situation of the research problem and the characteristics of the established model,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimization model of the arrival and departure line specified in the drawing.For the robust optimization model,it is solved by designing improving the selection operator and the crossover operator’s simulated annealing genetic algorithm.A certain passing passenger station is selected as an example.According to the established model and the designed algorithm,the arrival and departure passenger trains in the research phase are allocated to the departure line.IBM SPSS Statistics23 is used to verify the distributions assumed in the deterministic equivalence model.When the arrival and departure time is set in the f igure,the results of the calculation example show that the balance of the application plan of the arrival and departure lines obtained by GA has increased by 87.70%;for the situation where the arrival time is uncertain.For the uncertain arrival time,the results show that the ISAGA algorithm is feasible to solve the problem of arrival and departure line allocation.The optimized scheme is superior to the on-site scheme and the scheme obtained by using conventional GA,and the balance is improved by 94.71%and 29.39%,respectively.This paper proposes that it is effective and feasible to use uncertain variables to describe the uncertainty of train arrival time.The research results can provide effective decision support for the optimization of arrival and departure tracks of passenger station and the intelligentization of station operation.
