In recent years, with the rapid development of railway transportation industry in China,"four vertical and four horizontal" high speed railway network has gradually formed. As an important node in railway network, high speeds railway station handle technical operations for originating and receiving and passing and reentrant passenger trains in the process of daily production, its efficiency and capacity directly affect the degree of smoothness of the entire railway network. Therefore, how to use the driving equipment safely and efficiently to complete technical operations is a difficult problem to be solved urgently in the field of transportation organization. As important equipment for the station to complete the technical operations, arrival and departure tracks and throat routes are inseparable whole, and there will be a big limitation if we separate them. So,it is particularly necessary to study the overall optimization between them. This paper focuses on the above issues, expounds the classification, equipment configuration and technical operation of high speed railway stations, analyzes the calculation method of the routes occupation time,arrival-departure tracks occupation time, the safety time interval, the buffer time, judges the routes conflict in the station operation from two aspects of time and space, and put forward the corresponding strategies to ease the conflict.Based on this, the paper restates the essence of comprehensive optimization problem, put forward the basis of the model and related assumptions, analyzes of the multiple constraints about routes occupation and arrival-departure tracks occupation.By using the multiple obj ectives programming theory, the comprehensive optimization model is established which taking into account the fixed usage plan of arrival-departure tracks, the efficiency of technical operation and the stability of the passenger station operating plan.In view of the shortage of the method determining the arrival-departure tracks occupation value,a new method is put forward from three aspects of train running direction, train operation mode and train type. This paper designs algorithm to solve the optimization model based on multi-objective genetic algorithm. The paper regards the train operation plan between 8:00 to 16:00 as basic data to determine 323 Pareto optimal solutions between the routes and arrival-departure tracks. Then, the better optimization scheme is compared and analyzed from two aspects of arrival-departure tracks occupancy expenses and operation plan stability with the original scheme. The results show that the total cost of arrival-departure lines decreased by 1.54%,it means that the optimized scheme has a higher compatibility with the fixed usage plan of arrival-departure tracks;and the value of stability evaluation function decreased by 33.83%,and the smallest buffer time of each arrival-departure line more than 20 minutes,it means that the optimization scheme is stronger; All trains can choose the least cost route to complete the sending and receiving operation, which improves the operation efficiency of the station. The above results verify the model and algorithm are reasonable and necessary.
