The passenger station major handles passenger transport organization, providespassenger service to passengers. The large-sized railway passenger station which majorhandles the originating operation, terminating operation, passing operation and otherpassenger transport business of passenger trains is located in the large-passenger-flow area.The large-sized railway passenger station in China has large passenger flow and complicatedoperation. The station technical operators direct transport production by drawing up workingplan in advance, and drawing up high-level and high-efficiency working plan is crucial toimprove work efficiency.With promotion of train speed these years, especially the rapid development ofhigh-speed train, the standing time and departure time of trains are further shortened, so itdemands higher requirement on the train route arrangement of passenger stations. It is notonly a complex process to arrange train route of large-sized railway passenger stations, butalso an important part of the station operative plan. Researching on the passenger stationoperational organization characteristics and building optimization model of the train routearrangement in the passenger stations is crucial to improve work efficiency and passengerservice. Studies are made on the base of existing achievement as following.This paper in detail introduced the equipment, operations and characteristics oflarge-sized railway passenger stations, analyzed the operation flow and principle, and thendeeply discussed the structure and distribution at station throat, influencing factors of routearrangement, including the choice of train route, the station interval time, arriving-departuretracks occupied time, up or down and destination of trains, train grade, which offered businessbasic on optimization model of the train route arrangement in the passenger stations.Based on analyzing the operation flow, operation characteristics and influencing factorsof arrival and departure track at the large-sized railway passenger station, the applicationprinciples and division of arrival and departure track are summarized. It builds the multi-goalprogramming model of utilization of arrival and departure track at the large-sized railwaypassenger station by taking utilization of arrival and departure track and safety assurance forboth train operation and technical operation as the target which included reduce the runningdistance and time for passengers to go into the station or get out of the station, any twodeparture or nonstop trains whose departure times are close won’t stay in the same platformas possible as they can, and effective utilization of the existed technical equipment for trainoperation at station such as balance the occupied and free time of every track. And then, itanalysis to catalytic parameters of the model, including station operation interval time and throat operation time standard, which offer the theoretical basis for the example in thefollowing text.This paper has further studied modeling and determined the solving thought of model,and then refer to evaluation index of arrival and departure track applied balance, and obtainedeach weight by ahp to optimization objective of model. Based on analysis and comparison ofeach solution algorithm, heuristic algorithm is selected to solve the model in this paper. It wasfound after analysis that this algorithm has a good processing ability to the constraintconditions of the model, which can describe the operation characteristics and route occupiedprinciple of passenger station, and it has strong feasibility to solve the model in this paper.In the end, offer to the algorithm idea and put forward to calculation steps in detail.The model and algorithm designed in this paper are implemented by the object-orientedprogramming language C#, and the application scheme of arriving-departure tracks isobtained under the real-life case of a large-sized railway passenger station. The results showthat the model is very well reflected in a variety of requirements applied arriving-departuretracks, and each optimization objectives are reflected in the use of the program. Comparedwith the fixed scheme of the arriving-departure tracks in the calculated station, furtheranalysis of the calculation shows that there are many problem in the fixed scheme such as theunbalanced allocation of the arriving-departure tracks, the approach crosscutting the positiveline, the unbalanced use of the station site, pedestrian confusion take place while passengersgetting on and off. But the scheme calculated by the proposed model can fill all suchdeficiencies.The optimization models and algorithms to Train Route in large-sized railway passengerstation designed in this paper achieved good results. It get a more rational use of the stationequipment and improved the quality of passenger services. Furthermore, it also has somecertain reference for the automatic preparation of the in large-sized railway passenger station.
