Study On Suitability Evaluation,Development And Utilization Of Construction Land In Dali City,Yunnan Province

With the high-quality and high-speed development of China’s national strength and social economy,the demand for land resources is increasing day by day,in order to alleviate the contradiction between social development and land supply and demand,the identification and utilization of land development in different areas has become the only way for the spatial expansion of urban construction in China.Dali City is rich in land resources,and the area suitable for the development of construction land in mountainous cities and towns is relatively large,but at the same time,it is also constrained by the limited construction land,fragile ecological environment,large terrain fluctuation and frequent natural disasters.This study takes Dali City as an example to evaluate the suitability of construction land,and discusses the selection and layout of construction land in Dali City.The purpose of this paper is to provide thinking for how to realize the harmonious coexistence between human and environment in the development and utilization of plateau mountain towns.The main contents are as follows:（1）This paper carries on the factor classification,assignment and weighting of the suitability evaluation index of construction land in Dali City,establishes a suitable evaluation index system of construction land suitability in Dali City,and adopts the method of combining individual analysis with comprehensive analysis.The analysis results of the suitability of construction land in Dali City are obtained.（2）With the support of GIS,the suitability evaluation and general map suggestions of construction land in Dali City.For the classified general map of suitability evaluation of construction land in Dali City,suggestions and opinions are given according to different evaluation results and combined with the actual situation.The main conclusions are as follows:（1）It is feasible to determine the evaluation index of this study through expert scoring,literature comparison and on-the-spot visits.A total of 20 evaluation indexes are selected from physical geography,ecological environment,geological disasters and social economy,and then a comprehensive and comprehensive evaluation of the suitability of construction land is carried out in Dali City.（2）The total score is obtained through the suitability evaluation model of construction land in Dali City,and then the suitability grade of construction land can be obtained through the Arc Gis grading area:the highly suitable construction area is 75.52 square kilometers,the moderate suitable construction area is 327.08 square kilometers,the low suitable construction area is 468.32 square kilometers,and the critical suitable construction area is 191.64 square kilometers.The unsuitable construction area is 139.04 square kilometers.（3）This paper puts forward some suggestions for the development and utilization of construction land in Dali:protect high-quality cultivated land and forest land,formulate construction land planning in an orderly manner,develop suitable low-hill and gentle-slope mountain resources,and select suitable industrial factories to climb the mountain;optimize the general layout of construction land;on the premise of protecting Erhai Lake,we should strictly control the expansion of construction land and promote the common development of economy and ecology.
