| Construction land suitability evaluation itself is used for urban construction land selection and layout have basic guidance of disciplines,and for the specific project on the mesoscopic scale,based on the construction site within the security and economy of land suitability evaluation can provide basic guidance for construction scheme to decorate,make construction program planning do adjust measures to local conditions,targeted,reduced due to the inappropriate design of safety and economic losses,so the application of evaluating ideas to mesoscopic scale construction sites is very appropriate.Based on the fuzzy theory,this paper evaluated the suitability of land use for a certain third-phase construction project in bazhong city,sichuan province through the Arc GIS platform,including the following contents:(1)through the consult literature material,from two sides of the take an examination of construction site safety and economy,mainly aiming at the construction site in sloping terrain landform and the structure characteristics,through the consult literature material determines the slope terrain suitability of main influencing factors,including slope,cohesive force,internal friction Angle,slope direction and structure surface inclination Angle,when the rainfall intensity,rainfall,earthquake intensity 7 safety factors,relief,distribution of underground water level,surface to depth of weathering three economy impact factor.(2)through the indoor model experiment analyzed the short condition and long hold less than conditions with heavy rain in the sloping topography and the wetting front migration,the moisture content change and the influence of pore water pressure,in order to rainfall intensity and rainfall are two factors in land suitability evaluation of relative weight to make a preliminary judgment,the results showed that two kinds of factor influence on slope stability difference is very small,overall rainfall intensity factor while slightly bigger than the influence of rainfall factor.(3)On the basis of the model test,the Abaqus finite element simulation software was used to simulate the change of safety factor under multiple working conditions based on slope,cohesion,internal friction angle,rainfall intensity and rainfall holding time,and the sensitivity of different safety factors to slope safety factor was obtained.The results showed that the order of influencing factors was cohesion > slope > internal friction angle >rainfall intensity > rainfall holding time.the results provide the basis for the subsequent weight allocation.(4)a project in bazhong three phase of the project as an example,the basis of fuzzy theory,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was constructed in the platform of Arc GIS,the land use suitability distribution within the construction site,according to the results,appropriate,suitable,less suitable and not suitable for area occupies a land area of 0.7%,59.1%,35.4%,4.8%,according to field different puts forward the suggestion of land suitability region.(5)according to the construction site land suitability evaluation results,combined with the construction planning and functional zoning,the field is divided into eight partitions,for each disciplinary area is put forward based on the field to dig fill balance optimization of elevation design,can reduce the amount of excavation 133400 m after finally,reduce the engineering cost and shorten the construction period. |
