With the continuous development of my country’s society and economy,the demand for electricity has continued to increase.However,over the past few years,there has been a situation of overcapacity and oversupply of electricity.At the same time,my country’s electricity market reform process is gradually accelerating,and marketization is becoming more mature.It is facing unprecedented new situations,new situations,and new problems.This article will take the B hydropower station invested and constructed by S Group as the research object,compare the construction situation and electricity price level of the same industry and similar power stations,through investment control analysis,relevant policy interpretation,determination of electricity price mechanism,local transaction level analysis,power plant profit analysis,etc.Method,using investigation and research methods,quantitative analysis methods,etc.,to identify risk factors during the construction and later operation of the power station,analyze the risk sources,analyze the causes and possible harms,and analyze the sensitivity The three main factors of profit and loss investment,power generation,and electricity price are calculated.Then,risk warnings are set up based on the calculation results,risk avoidance measures are studied,and short-term risk avoidance measures and long-term risk avoidance measures are proposed.Determine the direction and links that need to be paid attention to in the process of power station operation,and finally draw relevant conclusions,provide a scientific basis for group management and control decisions,and provide a useful reference for the development of other hydropower enterprises.
