The deep integration of information technology and manufacturing technology is a key means to facilitate the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.Equipment is the material basis of an enterprise,and scientific and effective management of it is the guarantee and prerequisite for enterprise development.A mature and well-functioning equipment management information system is more suitable for large-scale enterprises,but it lacks flexibility and universality for small and medium-sized enterprises with insufficient funds and backward equipment management methods.Starting from the actual needs of small and medium-sized discrete manufacturing enterprises Z,this article develops a customized equipment management system for the enterprise.It aims to use modern information technology and management concepts to establish an equipment management platform,reduce the frequency of equipment failures,improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of equipment,and reduce maintenance costs.Provide decision support for equipment management.This article takes Z enterprise equipment management as the research object.First of all,through field research and causal analysis,we fully analyzed the problems in the equipment management of the enterprise,combined with the actual needs of the enterprise,clarified the equipment management objectives and established a management system for it,and determined the hierarchical management as the main line,IE and IT The equipment management mode of deep integration of technology;then,by formulating equipment classification rules and establishing classification models to identify key equipment,an adaptive data collection scheme for key equipment is designed,and equipment failures are identified based on fixed threshold and adaptive threshold models.Historical data,combined with differential autoregressive moving average model(ARIMA)and support vector regression model(SVR),can predict equipment state parameters to realize early fault identification;secondly,research on equipment lean management strategies and introduce lean ideas In equipment management,equipment coding strategies,hierarchical inspection strategies,lean improvement strategies,equipment maintenance strategies,preventive replacement strategies,equipment maintenance strategies,and performance evaluation strategies have been formulated.Among them,in order to determine a reasonable precision inspection cycle and preventive replacement cycle,the precision inspection cycle model and the preventive replacement cycle model were established respectively,and the equipment performance evaluation model was established for equipment performance evaluation;again,choose C/S and B/S hybrid structure,using Vue.js+Spring Boot framework,using HTML5+CSS3+Java Script+Java programming language as system development tools,and completing the design of the database;finally,using the economic principles of information processing as the guiding ideology to complete the system front-end interface design.The realization of the system can effectively prevent or reduce the gradual failure and abnormal shutdown of the equipment,and further stimulate the efficiency of the equipment;realize the information management of the equipment,and use the information flow to strengthen the equipment and equipment,equipment and people,and people.Interconnection and interconnection;facilitate equipment data statistics and reduce manual work intensity;help enterprises better solve equipment management problems and improve equipment efficiency,help maximize the value of equipment and reduce equipment maintenance costs,help improve enterprise management.Improve corporate competitiveness and influence.This research has certain reference value for the information construction of small and medium-sized discrete manufacturing enterprises.
