The concept of Industrie 4.0 provides the theoretical basis and implementation technology path for enterprises to achieve the intelligent manufacturing, for discrete complex manufacturing enterprise, the realization of intelligent production needs from the production management, product manufacturing data digitization, intelligent equipment’s network, information management system of intelligent and staff to improve the overall quality of the and other aspects, need long exploration, implementation process. This article through comprehensive analysis of Industrie 4.0, CPS(Cyber-Physical Systems), fully consider the ability of TC company, manufacturing information management capability, the need and the development of enterprises, and this paper propose a architecture of the Cognitive MES system, as a starting point in the manufacturing process of the realization of intelligent enterprise. To build the Perceived environmental for local networks of smart devices, transform and extend the current MES system, and make the intelligent equipment of the Internet of things and the collection of data integration, have perceived manufacturing environment function, improve the function of data analysis and processing, the reaction change of production conditions, the timely implementation of production again scheduling. The MES system will has the cognitive ability, can integrate the production data, intelligent equipment and perceted materials. The manufacturing process will be intelligent, and it will improve the response speed and the efficiency of the production process.The development and implementation of the Cognitive MES system, mainly for the production of key processes such as bogie production so as to realize the model research and exploration of local intelligent production, for the subsequent accumulation of experience of enterprises gradually realize the intelligent production.
