Research On Functional Area Division And Spatial Distribution Of Chengdu Based On Multi-Source Data

As a complex system,cities have gradually formed different functional areas such as housing,business services,public service,transportation and industry in their development.This study integrates multi-source data and takes blocks as the research unit to construct the framework of urban functional zoning.By introducing location entropy and based on Arc GIS spatial analysis,the composite characteristics and spatial distribution characteristics of different functional elements are explored.The main conclusions are as follows :（1）The Fifth District of Chengdu City is dominated by single functional area and supplemented by mixed functional areaThis study integrates traditional data with OSM data,POI data and other emerging big data,and divides the functional areas of the five districts of the main city of Chengdu under the block unit.The single function area accounted for 69.06 %,the mixed function area accounted for 24.91 %,and the empty value area accounted for 6.03 % in the five districts of Chengdu.The single function area was the main function area,and the composite function area was the auxiliary function area.The internal function of the city was more reasonable,which became an important way for the efficient allocation of urban functional resources.（2）Chengdu main city five district multi-function compound characteristic is remarkable.By calculating the location entropy of the five districts of the main city of Chengdu at different scales,functional composite is the main development form of the five districts of the main city of Chengdu.At the municipal level,the specialization degree of functions among different administrative regions is relatively balanced,but the specialization degree of most functions is lower than the regional average.At the street scale,except for the commercial service industry function does not form a significant professional advantage area,the other four types of functions have formed a more obvious advantage area.（3）The ’ center-periphery ’ characteristics of urban functional elements are significantly different,and the spatial distribution characteristics of ’ strong main centerweak secondary center ’ are prominent.The spatial distribution characteristics of residential function,public service function,green space and square function and traffic function are similar,all of which have the spatial distribution characteristics of ’ dense inside and sparse outside ’.The spatial distribution characteristics of commercial service function are ’ dense south and sparse north ’.The spatial distribution characteristics of industrial function are ’ dense inside and sparse outside ’.six major urban functions have the characteristics of ’ strong main centerweak secondary center ’.（4）Emphasizing the core function and optimizing the functional system are the main objectives of the functional zoning and spatial distribution optimization of the five districts of the main city Combined with multi-source data analysis,on the basis of determining the functional zoning and spatial distribution characteristics of different functional elements of the five districts of the main city of Chengdu,the existing problems and shortcomings are analyzed,and the implementation path and policy suggestions to promote the functional zoning and spatial distribution optimization of the five districts of the main city of Chengdu are put forward.
