With the continuous advancement of urbanization,the demand for land is increasing,the area of urban built-up areas is increasing,and a large area of cultivated land is occupied.The contradiction between urban development and environmental protection is increasingly prominent.Indicators such as the proportion of urban construction land to the total area,floor area ratio,and building height can directly reflect the intensity of land development.Reasonable control of urban land development intensity can intensively utilize land and protect the ecological environment to a certain extent.Therefore,analyzing and mastering the spatial characteristics of development intensity within the region is of great significance for the control of urban construction scale and floor area ratio.On the basis of defining the meaning of development intensity,this paper obtains satellite image data of Nanning,Baidu map data(including building outline,layer number),Baidu heat map data,using extreme difference,standard deviation,extreme value ratio,and coefficient of variation.,Moran Index,Theil Index,etc.measure the spatial difference and concentration of each research unit development intensity;assign and superimpose the development intensity results obtained from satellite image data and Baidu map data to obtain the comprehensive development intensity of Nanning City.Then,coupled with Baidu thermal map data,we found problems in the urban development process and proposed reasonable countermeasures for the problems.The main conclusions include the following:(1)On the basis of interpreting the results of satellite image data,the absolute difference,relative difference and agglomeration analysis of development intensity can be seen that the overall development intensity of Nanning City is obviously different,along the banks of the Minjiang River,Nanhu Lake,Xiangsi Lake and other surrounding areas.More development is for construction land.In addition,along the National Avenue,G322,G325 traffic lines,the radioactive distribution construction land is mainly characterized by the study of the sub-region “west high east low” and the research unit “center high low periphery”;It is characterized by “high-low” accumulation.Among them,the difference in the development intensity of the research unit is greater than the difference between the research sub-regions.The research unit with high development intensity has the agglomeration distribution characteristics in space,and the research unit with low development intensity also has the agglomeration distribution characteristics in space.(2)Based on the development intensity spatial characteristics of Baidu map data,the overall appearance is “high in the middle and southeast and low in the periphery”.Using the Theil index to measure the difference between the sub-regions and the internal development intensity of each research unit in the vertical direction,the results show that the intra-regional differences are greater than the differences between the regions;using the spatial statistical tools of ArcGIS software to conduct cold hotspots on the plot ratio of the study area.The agglomeration characteristics are analyzed,and the overall distribution of “ central hot peripheral cold ” is presented.That is,each research unit presents the characteristics of“intermediate agglomeration high volume ratio and peripheral agglomeration low volume ratio” in space.(3)The interpretation results of satellite image data can directly reflect the position andarea of the sub-region and the research unit that have been developed as construction land in the horizontal direction,while the Baidu map building outline and layer data reflect the development in the vertical direction.Intensity,comparing the development intensity difference and agglomeration of each research sub-region and research unit from the vertical direction,and combining the research results in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction,it is found that the spatial distribution of development intensity is “decreasing step by step from the center outward”.Distribution characteristics.(4)Baidu thermal map data can visually reflect the spatial distribution of the population,and analyze the correlation between Baidu's total thermal value and comprehensive development intensity.The results show that there is a high correlation between the two.The total thermal value shows the feature of “gradually decreasing from the center to the outer level” in spatial distribution,which is similar to the spatial distribution characteristics of comprehensive development intensity.Whether it is during the day,night,or during the day and night of the weekdays,the crowds are mainly concentrated in Xingning,Xincheng,Yongxin,Youai,Chencun,Wuliting,Donggouling,Langdong,Tinghong,Dashatian and other areas,and the development intensity level of these areas is at a higher level,and there is a high coupling between the two in spatial distribution.(5)Problems and Suggestions: Problems in the development of land use in the "high-high" type,"high-low" type,"low-high" type,"low-low" type and slice interval.It is proposed to reasonably control the development intensity of “high-high” zones,ease the pressure on the old city,control the level of development of “high-low” zones,moderately develop “low-high” zones,revitalize inefficient stocks,and enhance “low-low” land intensification.Advice on the degree of utilization,adherence to
