| In recent decades,with the rapid development of the global market economy,people’s life needs are also gradually increasing,such as the choice of transportation tools,bicycles have been slowly replaced by cars.The huge market demand has stimulated the rapid development of a large number of domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers and parts suppliers,aiming to seize the market opportunities and win rich profits.With the intensification of market competition,corporate profits are shrinking year by year,while consumers’ requirements for the cost performance of products are getting higher and higher.So many market problems,how to obtain greater economic benefits and improve the competitiveness of enterprises,production operation cost management has become the focus of attention of enterprises.In order to implement cost control to the actual situation and ensure the stable and doubled profits of the enterprise,it is necessary to control the cost in a directional way,grasp the main problems and improve it.From the strategic point of view,the production operation management should be strengthened by adopting scientific and systematic methods.This paper starts with the current operation situation and cost consumption of C company,analyzes the problems in operation management,such as production operation management,equipment management,supply chain management,product transformation,and puts forward process improvement scheme,in order to achieve the purpose of operating cost control.Finally,from the perspective of the implementation guarantee of the improvement scheme,the difficulties and key points of implementation are analyzed,and the implementation measures are ensured from the organization and system dimensions,so as to effectively reduce the operation cost.The positive results and experience of this research are expected to be applied to other aspects of the company and other factories in other areas,which will provide a certain practical basis for the cost control of the group company. |
