Abstract/Summary:
In today’s increasingly fierce competition environment,the society is moving to the knowledge economy society,and the human capital is gradually becoming the key resource of global economic development.How to attract and retain talents through effective incentive means,promote them to develop their potential,has become the top priority in human resource management.For enterprises,on the one hand,compensation is a kind of operation cost that has to be paid;on the other hand,it is a way that can be used to attract,retain,motivate and develop talents,which plays a key role in the process of effective management of employees.Therefore,the optimization of compensation system has become an important problem needed to be solved in S company.This paper mainly uses the questionnaire,employee interview,benchmarking enterprise research and other methods to conduct a compensation satisfaction survey for all the office staff in S company.From the internal and external situation,this paper analyzes all kinds of problems existing in the compensation system,such as salary level,compensation composition,compensation structure,and annual salary adjustment.This paper don’t only consider the legality and feasibility,but also fully considers the optimization principles of strategy,competition,incentive and fairness.With the goal of achieving strategic development,attracting and retaining talents,and according with the relevant compensation theory,the compensation system for S company is optimized.It optimizes the compensation system for office staff in S company from the aspects of salary level,compensation composition,compensation structure and annual salary adjustment ways,This measure will better support the long-term development of S company.It has built a solid foundation for the realization of the company’s strategic targets.
