Design Of Exterior Painting Of Reixiang Navigable Electric Aircraft

In this thesis Ruixiang Navigable Electric Aircraft "Ruixiang-RX4E" was chosen as the research object of aircraft exterior coating design,mainly because "Ruixiang-RX4E " is China’s first four-seater electric plane,which is proactive in the field of electric aircraft,and it is able to represent the international research status of general electric aircraft field in our country.Through the research on exterior coating design of " Ruixiang-RX4E" navigation electric aircraft,it can provide general aircraft field with more broad prospects,and has the special research value on the development and innovation in the field of general aircraft exterior coating.This thesis mainly discussed some problems in general aircraft exterior coating design,such as color simplification,graphic similarity and complex pattern.Taking"Ruixiang-RX4E" navigable electric aircraft as the research object,and through the collation and study of related perceptive image theories,the perceptive image design method of aircraft exterior coating was put forward.Based on the research of the user’s feeling and perception,it used perceptual image design method to analyze the color and image style of aircraft exterior coating,to optimize coating design of " Ruixiang-RX4E" and increase the added value of enterprise brand design,differentiating the existing aircraft painting design style.A specific working path was formed for the visual presentation of general aircraft exterior coating design through the perceptual image design method,and the user’s demands for colors and graphics of aircraft coating design were guided with the perceptive image theory.Using Semantic Differential Method,Four-quadrant Orientation Method and Verbal Protocol method to determine the user demands,and according to user’s demands,coating image design style was formed,to plan "Ruixiang-RX4E" navigation electric aircraft exterior coating design,and then Adobe Illustrator and CINEMA 4 D were used for rendering,to observe the defects of model aircraft coating design form different angles;on this basis,the user demand was taken as the target direction,through iterative modifications,the more perfect coating design was gradually deduced,and finally questionnaire investigation was used to verify the practicability of perceptual image design method.By constructing the perceptual image design method of general aircraft exterior coating,it is expected to effectively enhance the development and innovation of general aircraft coating field,providing new ideas and vision for the development of aircraft coating field.
