Research On Quality Supervision And Management Of Construction Projects In Gongyi City From The Perspective Of Government

With China’s entering a new era of reform and development,the number of construction projects is gradually increasing,involving all aspects of people’s lives,and the social impact is more extensive.However,the quality and safety problems of construction projects occur from time to time,which has aroused the attention of people from all walks of life and construction management quality supervision and management departments.China’s existing construction market is not mature,there are some non-standard behavior,the construction subject of construction project and the role of government departments in the quality supervision and management of construction project is not clear.The role,status,responsibilities and tasks of government supervision and management of construction project quality in the whole management system need to be further clarified,which is also the most basic need of the development of the times for construction project quality.Firstly,it introduces the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research contents and methods of this paper,and then analyzes the main concepts involved in the government supervision and management of construction project quality and the supervision and management mechanism of construction project quality.Secondly,on the basis of referring to relevant literature and theoretical research,in order to further explore the nature and management behavior of government supervision and management of construction project quality,this paper uses comparative analysis method to compare and draw lessons from the current situation of government supervision and management of construction project quality in foreign developed countries,such as the United States,Germany,France,Singapore and other countries Experience and advantages of the company.This paper summarizes the inspiration of foreign construction project quality supervision and management to our country,such as the transformation of government work mode,the improvement of national laws and regulations system,the establishment and improvement of construction project quality supervision system,the adjustment of government supervision and management methods,and the strengthening of professional education and training,etc.Finally,using the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the factors that affect the quality supervision and management of construction projects,combined with the current situation of the quality of construction projects in Gongyi City,the paper makes a questionnaire,finds out the problems existing in the quality of construction projects in Gongyi City through the recovery of the questionnaire,and puts forward the optimization measures.For example,we should make clear the role of government functions in the supervision and management of construction project quality;improve the government supervision and management system of construction project quality in Gongyi City by improving the market access system,implementing the project insurance system and improving the project guarantee system;realize the government supervision and management of the whole process of construction project quality and realize the construction project quality through the transformation from micro to macro regulation By means of quantity information management and the introduction of professional management talents,we can realize the transformation of government supervision and management mode of construction project quality in Gongyi City.
