Research On The Government Supervision Path Of Construction Project Quality In Xiangcheng District Of Suzhou

The quality of construction projects is related to the safety of people’s lives and property and public rights and interests.The government quality supervision and management department is an important part of the national construction project supervision system.It should adapt to the new requirements of the times,improve the professional and technical capabilities of government supervision,and keep pace with the times in establishing and improving the modern construction project government supervision system,and promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.Under the new urban construction,the competent department of construction engineering in Xiangcheng District,Suzhou City,based on the basic position of the quality supervision and management of construction projects,meets the new challenges faced by the government supervision of construction projects,analyzes the new contradictions in the government supervision,and hopes to provide new ideas for the government supervision of construction projects in Xiangcheng District and create a new situation.In view of the current problems in the construction project quality supervision and management of the government departments in Xiangcheng District,such as fragmentation of the functions of the competent construction departments,one-sided government quality supervision,relatively weak government supervision of construction project quality,backward technical means of government supervision of project quality,blind spots in the supervision of the five responsible subjects,and low professional quality of the participating units,this paper,based on the actual situation in Xiangcheng District,uses the methods of literature,observation and interview,Interview with the competent departments of Xiangcheng District’s construction projects and the project participants.It is analyzed that the main reasons for the problems of government supervision over the construction project quality in Xiangcheng District at this stage lie in the weak adaptability of relevant laws and regulations,the complexity of the overall construction project,the failure to update the system based on the public demand,the imperfect informatization means of government quality supervision,and the limited rationality of all parties involved in the construction project.After in-depth analysis of the problems and causes in the government supervision of construction project quality in Xiangcheng District,this paper,guided by the theory of holistic governance,proposes ways to optimize the government supervision of construction project quality,including that government departments should improve the legal and regulatory system of construction projects,build a scientific,rigorous and efficient quality supervision system,strengthen the supervision responsibilities of all parties involved in construction,improve the construction of the government supervision system of construction project quality Promote the informatization of government supervision on project quality with innovative technologies,so as to effectively reduce the quality problems and hidden dangers of construction projects,promote the healthy and stable development of the construction industry,and promote the optimization of government construction project quality supervision path and the innovation of supervision mechanism.
