| With the rapid development of economic construction in our country,especially after the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with the goal of realizing a well-off society in an all-round way,the construction investment of beautiful countryside has increased substantially,the speed of urbanization construction at county level is faster and faster,and the scale and quantity of engineering projects are increasing year by year.In recent years,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has carried out two years of project quality improvement and three years of double enhancement action,put forward the information network data construction of "four libraries and one platform".But at the same time,the increasing workload has put forward higher requirements for the supervision of the quality supervision department in Zhouning County,which has limited supervision resources.Based on the new situation of rapid development of urbanization in China,through the analysis of the current situation of government supervision and management of construction project quality in Zhouning County,the problems and shortcomings of construction project quality supervision and management in Zhouning County under the current new situation are concluded.Aiming at the problem,based on the theory of risk analysis,a relatively reasonable index system of key supervision points is established by using the theory of "4M1E" for government quality supervision and management.Based on this,a key judgment model of government construction project quality supervision and management based on AHP and blind number theory is established,which is carried out in Zhouning County.Case study proves that the model is scientific.Finally,the supervision method is extended to various projects in Zhouning County,which solves the contradictions and problems faced by the quality supervision department in Zhouning County under the current new situation.The following conclusions are drawn:Firstly,on the basis of 4M1 E project management theory,this paper comprehensively analyzed the risk factors affecting the quality of construction projects,thus constructed a relatively perfect government quality supervision system in general,which enabled us to further clarify the most disadvantageous factors affecting the quality of construction projects,and effectively guided the judgment direction of quality engineering supervision.Secondly,the establishment of the judgment model of government supervision and management of construction project quality in this paper makes the risk of construction quality change from qualitative experience judgment to quantitative judgment.The calculated results can directly explain the impact of various construction risk factors on project quality and make the judgment more scientific.And accurate.The supervision model effectively guides the direction of the supervision of construction quality in Zhouning county.Thirdly,according to the model established before,the paper studies and analyses the actual project of Zhouning County,and finally determines a more realistic judgment result of supervision focus,which further confirms the scientificity and feasibility of the model.It provides effective supervision tools for the quality supervision and management of construction projects in Zhouning County. |
