Research On Atrium Space Of Xi’an Urban Complex Based On Symbiosis

With the continuous development of Xi ’an’ s urbanization process and the accelerating pace of residents’ life,people’s demand for functional complex space is increasing.As a complex space,urban complex has the advantages of integrating spatial functions,enriching urban public space and promoting the development of commercial economy,which is of great significance in regulating urban structure and improving residents’ lives.As an important part of its internal space,atrium not only plays the role of integrating internal space,but also can show the spatial quality of urban complex.In this context,this paper will focus on the design of atrium space in urban complex,so as to provide solutions for optimizing the internal space of urban complex.The theory of symbiosis can effectively guide the study of atrium space in urban complex in terms of coordination and integration of interior space and spatial interaction mechanism.On the one hand,the "symbiosis" emphasized by the theory is in line with the complexity of atrium space of urban complex;on the other hand,the theory emphasizes dynamic symbiosis with the concept of sustainable development,that is,material and information exchange in the internal space.Therefore,under the guidance of this theory,the research on atrium can bring new strategies to the design of interior space of urban complex in a more comprehensive and efficient way.Based on the development situation and realistic demand of Xi ’an urban complex,this paper firstly sorts out the evolution process of Xi’an business district from the perspective of historical development.Secondly,on the basis of field research,this paper analyzes the general situation and layout characteristics of urban complexes contained in various business districts,and summarizes three types of typical urban complexes with network layout,linear layout and ring layout.Using space syntax software,the atrium space of a typical case was quantitatively analyzed,and the numerical distribution of all the lines in the space and the line of sight analysis diagram were obtained.Combined with the theory of symbiosis,the factors that affect the symbiosis of the atrium space in the case are summarized.According to the field research,the factors that affect the symbiosis of the atrium space are classified into two categories:qualitative parameters and image parameters.Combined with the characteristics of the two parameters,the symbiosis mode of atrium is summarized to provide reference for the study of symbiosis mode of atrium in different urban complexes.In order to further verify the quantitative indicators and results,the users were asked to make subjective evaluation in the form of questionnaire.Combined with the above data analysis and subjective evaluation,the advantages and disadvantages and applicability of the three typical cases are analyzed and summarized.Aiming at the problems of atrium space in urban complex,design strategies suitable for atrium space in different layout of urban complex are proposed from the perspective of spatial layout,bearing function of atrium space and internal form of atrium,which can provide reference for the improvement and sustainable development of space quality of urban complex in Xi’an.
