Chengdu,as a quasi-first-tier city, the total number of Hopscaes and commercial income ranks among the top in the country. Its construction scale and speed are also increasing as well.In this high-speed wave of construction, due to the lack of forward-looking design strategies and evaluation systems, some Hopscaes have encountered a series of problems in their internal node space.Such as poor spatial orientation, lack of vitality, low utilization, lack of features, etc. This leads to consumers' unwillingness to come here for consumption, which affects the commercial benefits of the Hopsca. The author fully investigates the planar system and node space of the Hopsca of Chengdu and classifies it into three planar types and two node space types based on the above considerations. The author clarified the influencing factors, components and design requirements of node space design by studying the relevant literature.Three typical cases to be studied in this paper are identified on this basis. They are Chengdu Joy City,Chengdu IFS and Chengdu Raffles City.At the same time, the author constructed an analytical approach based on spatial syntax. This is mainly based on the correlation analysis of empirical research and spatial syntactic calculations, the interpretation of figures and numerical dimensions and the evaluation criteria of nodal spatial components. In this way,the technical route of the internal node space based on syntactic analysis can be constructed as a whole. Finally, this paper summarizes the combination of three internal node space sequences based on syntactic level and the design strategy of internal node space components after analyzing the internal node space of typical cases through space syntax. It is hoped that this paper will provide new perspectives and solutions for the future design of Hopscaes and related issues arising from current Hopscaes.
