The Relationship Study Between Atrium And The Spatial Configuration Of Architecture

In recent years,the scale of commercial complex,combining shopping dining entertainment and other functions,has been expanding,with being complex of the internal space construction,increasing multicultural forms of space and functions.In this paper,the research focus on the atrium constituting the important spatial features of the commercial complex with expanding the scope of the visual and interacting with other accessible spatial system,represented by the atrium at present.This paper qualitatively induces the typical characteristics of the atrium and the spatial construction,starting from combing the typical case of the existing commercial complex.It has been found that the horizon increases with increasing the scale of plane of the atrium,it reduces with increasing the width of the corridor,and it change progressively with the analysis that different parameters including the scale of plane of atrium and the corridor and the floor location of the view influence the range of three dimensional sight,through making three-dimensional atrium idealization model and the section idealized model with using the method of parametric diagram to simulate the sight of the three-dimensional model and the section model;at the same time,it has been found that the visual boundary exist difference of the trend of changing progressively.The empirical study,taking the Yi Tian Holiday Plaza and Vientiane City as the object,depicts the trajectory of behavior which people walk in the indoor and statistics the allocation of stream of people with using the recording of video fixed-point and time,and analyses the travel speed with using the method of parameterized algorithm.It has been found that the action of people staying and reciprocating closely connects the visual range of atrium locating core area by using the analysis that correlates the stream of people of the behavior section with the visual step;the atrium locating secondary zone has strong orientation,the trend of people who locate different section walking on directly relates to the visual step of the section,the analysis of VGA based on space syntax finds that the highest area of sight conformity is concentrated in the intersection of the corridor.Through the above analysis,this paper proposes that the effects between the scale of atrium and the scale of surrounding corridors influencing the sight are interrelated and inseparable,the atrium hierarchized at different scales which locating the core area forms the node of space and locating the secondary area has strong orientation;the hallway intersections formed by introducing the atrium play role as a node.
