A R&D Project Quality Management Study For ESP In B Company

As China surpassed Japan to become the world's second largest economy,China's huge economic volume and growth mode has drowned more people's attention.According to statistics in 2014,the domestic per capita GDP exceeded $7000,of which the uBan residents disposable income of nearly $5000,the Engel coefficient continues to decline.By the production of consumption to the enjoyment of the process of consumption,income growth to stimulate more consumer demand,and thus stimulate the enterprise to reform and innovation and transformation and upgrading,technological progress and changes in demand forced enterprises have to design and produce more high quality products to meet different customer requirements.As the earliest start ESP electronic body stable system development and design of enterprises,B company has always been to protect the vehicle stability,protection of the life and property safety of the car as a starting point,the performance of stable quality and reliable ESP system as the core competitiveness.Taking B company for the study and combine with the actual situation of ESP R&D project,carried out specific research in terms of quality management.First,this paper based on project management,total quality management theory to introduction.Use APQP as a tool of quality control,implement quality control in planning phase and prevent product defect in design phase,to fulfill TS16949 requirement.Second,discuss ESP R&D project current quality management status and performed problem analysis.Third,according APQP 5 phases to control quality.Divided five phases for ESP project:phase 1-ESP project planning and ESP project defining;phase 2-ESP product designing and development;phase 3-ESP project process designing and development;phase 4-ESP product and process validation;phase 5-ESP project feedback,evaluation and corrective action.Quality management concept and method applied for every phase,ensure product quality then meet customer requirement and expectations.Last,summarize ESO R&D project achievement.ESP is a successful R&D project in B company,value to demonstrate within B company,subsidiaries and every site of B Company.Also have the reference and lesson learnt for other companies.
