In the context of the development trend of economic globalization,my country’s economy has also developed rapidly,making market competition in various industries increasingly fierce.The integration trend is the most obvious in the real estate industry.As the domestic real estate industry has been in a stage of rapid development recently,large real estate companies have continued to expand,with many cross-regional projects,and the company’s business has also extended to hotels and properties.There are more and more cases of acquisitions and mergers and acquisitions.As a result,there are more and more branches and subsidiaries.In this situation,real estate companies are facing severe tests.The homogeneity of products is serious,the financial management organization structure is loose and unclear,the business process is rarely unified,the personnel structure is overwhelming,the company’s operating costs increase,and the control of subsidiaries is strong.The weakening makes the financial risk increase,and the financial staff of the subsidiary is dealing with basic financial work most of the time.Financial information management has become the consensus of the industry to improve the level of financial management,and the construction of a financial shared service center is a measure to solve current problems and support the company’s strategic development.In my country,China Vanke,China Railway Construction,Wanda and other large real estate companies have established financial sharing service centers,and each company has gradually improved the operation process of financial sharing centers.However,most companies have not paid attention to the performance evaluation of financial sharing centers.To help the transformation of the shared center’s strategic objectives,performance evaluation issues need to be further studied.This article combines the on-the-spot investigation in the financial sharing service center of company B,and explores how to construct the performance evaluation system of the financial sharing center of company B.First of all,this article systematically summarizes related concepts based on relevant background research and domestic and foreign literature research,and provides a theoretical basis for the construction of the performance evaluation system of the B company’s financial shared service center below.Secondly,it introduces the general situation of the financial sharing center of company B and the company’s current performance evaluation system,and analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the problems.Based on the balanced scorecard framework again,the article uses questionnaires to obtain data sources,designs the performance evaluation indicators for the financial sharing center of company B,and determines the weight of each indicator through the analytic hierarchy process.Then design the evaluation standard,analyze the results of the performance evaluation system design of the financial shared service center of B company through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,predict the expected effect of the evaluation system after the implementation,formulate a detailed plan for the implementation of the system,propose safeguards,and finally draw the research conclusions.The Financial Sharing Service Center is a standardized process department that is related to each business.Therefore,when constructing the financial sharing center performance appraisal plan,it must be based on the company’s strategic goals,not only to evaluate the financial sharing center,but also to refine the evaluation to sharing The central team enables employees to continuously improve their performance,improve their comprehensive capabilities,improve company efficiency,give full play to the incentive role of the financial sharing center’s performance evaluation,and promote the development of the group.
