Tesearch On Performance Evaluation Optimization Of Financial Sharing Service Center Of TJ Bridge Construction Company

With the continuous development and maturity of information technology,the process of enterprise informatization construction in China is accelerating,and the innovation and transformation of financial management mode as the key link of enterprise informatization construction has attracted much attention.Summarizing the experience of advanced financial management transformation and construction at home and abroad,the financial sharing service center is favored by enterprises to make financial management more efficient and reasonable,reduce the investment of human and material resources,and further realize the optimal allocation of enterprise resources.How to judge the implementation effect of the financial sharing service center,how to measure the operation effect,and which indicators have become important contents of the construction of the financial sharing service center.This paper takes the financial sharing service center of TJ Bridge Construction Company as the research object,studies and constructs a set of performance evaluation methods in line with its operational characteristics.Firstly,the current performance evaluation method of the financial sharing service center of TJ Bridge Construction Company was investigated on the spot.In the investigation,it is found that the financial sharing service center of TJ Bridge Construction Company is still in the stage of adopting a single evaluation method,and there is no scientific evaluation method,and there are some problems in the evaluation process,such as fuzzy objectives,single indicators and lagging methods.In order to solve the above problems,the study constructs a performance evaluation method based on balanced scorecard.Firstly,the strategic objectives of the financial sharing service center are decomposed,and the relevant performance evaluation indicators are determined from the financial dimension,customer dimension,internal process dimension and learning and growth dimension respectively.Secondly,the weights of the four dimensions are calculated by the AHP method.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the performance of the financial sharing service center of TJ Bridge Construction Company,and the performance evaluation results are analyzed and relevant improvement suggestions are put forward.Through the research of this paper,it is hoped that it can provide practical reference suggestions for the comprehensive development of the financial sharing service center of TJ Bridge Construction Company,so as to give full play to the advantages of the financial sharing service center,and also hope to provide practical reference for other enterprises.
