Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the productivity innovation of the transportation industry has slowed down,and the industry has gradually entered the stock market.The transport industry is unique: The nature of its products is service,and the quality of its employees directly determines the quality of the "transport" of this type of production;secondly,the transport industry is generally a human-intensive enterprise,the level of the management of human resources,has a "spend small money to do big things" effect,but also directly determine the level of enterprise human costs and even operating costs.However,in China’s inland areas,the theory and practice of human resource management in the transport enterprises update slowly,and even some places have not yet universal.In this paper,ZC shipping company,which is recognized by the market as the leading enterprise in the transportation of dangerous chemicals in Chongqing,has not kept pace with the times to carry on the effective landing and the feasible elaboration to the human resources management,this enterprise has certain representativeness and the research value.In ZC shipping company,the characteristics of employees include low level of knowledge,serious aging problem and high turnover rate of new employees.For a long time,the traditional performance management,namely salary assessment,has been widely used in ZC shipping company,such as salary.Compared with other departments in the industry,their salary has been at a higher level,such as assessment,and their assessment system is also very strict In detail,however,many employees of the company still choose to leave,and the enthusiasm of in-service employees is not very high.For ZC shipping company,these are not conducive to improving its market competitiveness.To this end,the company must formally determine the root cause of the problem,change from traditional management mode to modern management mode,in other words,improve the career of employees Only through systematic management,can the employees play a greater incentive role.In this paper,through the company’s current system of reference,give full play to the role of questionnaire survey,a comprehensive survey of ZC shipping company employees’ career management of the overall situation,and in-depth analysis to find out the shortcomings and summarize the reasons.Secondly,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the company’s different age groups of employees’ career management.According to the design principles of career management system,starting from the four directions of establishing planning committee,career management mechanism and employee training system,the scientific and reasonable career management system is implemented for ZC shipping company employees,and then the implementation guarantee scheme of ZC shipping company employees’ career is formulated.This pemployee career management system.Finally,the future development direction on this basis.Through the research,ZC shipping company has many problems in the management of employees’ career planning.The key reasons are that the relevant promotion information is not transparent and open enough,the promotion standard is not strictly implemented,the activities of helping employees to carry out self-awareness are lacking,the development value of employees is not valued,and the human-oriented idea is lacking,and the enterprise training system is not perfect.Based on the four aspects of the design principles of career management system,employee oriented career management mechanism and establishing training system,and puts forward relevant implementation guarantee.
