With the gradual deepening of the electricity market reform process,the commodity attributes of electricity have been revealed.The “planned electricity”based on the traditional electricity trading model and the “market electricity” based on the direct power purchase transaction model of large users coexist in my country’s current electricity market.How to coordinate the “planned electricity” of thermal power generation and renewable energy generation under the goal of carbon neutrality"And "market electricity" power sales decision and its efforts to reduce emissions,and vigorously improve the stability,cleanliness,and cost reduction of the power system are the current and future development directions of my country’s power supply chain.Therefore,based on the literature research,this article firstly constructed a power supply chain decision model composed of renewable energy power generation companies,thermal power generation companies,and power grid companies under the two trading modes of traditional and large-user direct power purchases.It studies the optimal decision-making problem of the power supply chain under the conditions of centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making,and explores the impact of cost,market,policy and other factors on the decision-making results;secondly,the consumption of renewable energy in the two trading modes,A comparative analysis of the emission reduction efforts of thermal power generation companies,the various entities in the power supply chain and the overall profit;finally,the coordination of the power supply chain under the two trading modes is studied to promote the cooperation of the various entities in the power supply chain to maximize the system.Excellent state.The research conclusions of this article mainly include:(1)The electricity sales decision and emission reduction decision of the power supply chain under the two trading modes.Firstly,compared with the decentralized decision-making situation of the traditional transaction model,the power sales of power grid companies and the profit of the power supply chain under the centralized decision-making situation have both increased,and the on-grid power of the two power generation companies and the emission reduction efforts of the thermal power generation companies are meeting certain requirements.Conditions will also be improved;at this time,the emission reduction efforts of thermal power generation companies are negatively correlated with their emission reduction cost coefficients and renewable energy subsidies per kilowatt-hour,while they are positively correlated with the power market’s preference coefficient for thermal power generation companies’ cleaner production;And the electricity sales of grid companies are positively correlated with their preference coefficient for thermal power.Secondly,compared with the decentralized decision-making situation of the direct power purchase transaction model of large users,the electricity sales of grid companies,the on-grid electricity of power generation companies,and the overall profit of the power supply chain under the centralized decision-making situation have increased,but the thermal power generation companies have reduced Electricity reduction efforts and power generation companies’ participation in the direct purchase of electricity by large users have decreased;at this time,the emission reduction efforts of thermal power generation companies and grid transfer fees,subsidies for renewable energy per kilowatt-hour,and the cleanliness of thermal power generation companies by large power users The production preference coefficient and its emission reduction cost coefficient are related,and the increase in the electricity market’s preference for cleaner production by thermal power generation companies will encourage them to invest in emission reduction efforts,and the increase in other factors will reduce the emission reduction investment of thermal power generation companies;The transaction power of the two types of power generation companies participating in the direct purchase of large users is negatively correlated with the grid fee.In addition,the transaction power of renewable energy power generation companies participating in the direct power purchase of large users and the power market’s preference coefficient for the cleaner production of thermal power generation companies It is negatively correlated,while it is positively correlated with renewable energy per kilowatt-hour subsidies and the abatement cost coefficient of thermal power companies,while the decision-making situation of thermal power companies is just the opposite.(2)The impact of large consumers’ direct power purchase transaction mode on the power supply chain system.On the one hand,in the context of centralized decision-making,compared with the traditional transaction mode,the implementation of direct power purchase transactions for large users is conducive to increasing the consumption of renewable energy power,the emission reduction efforts of thermal power generation companies,and the profitability of the entire power supply chain On the other hand,in the case of decentralized decision-making,the participation of thermal power generation companies in direct power purchase transactions by large users can increase corporate profits and thus encourage them to invest in emission reduction efforts.At the same time,for renewable energy power generation companies,the decision to participate in direct power purchase transactions is related to the preference coefficient of large power users for the clean production of thermal power generation companies and the size of the grid fee;for power grid companies,participation in direct power purchases.The decision-making of electricity trading depends on the network fee set by the government.When the network fee meets a certain value range,the implementation of direct power purchase transactions for large users can simultaneously increase the profits of all entities in the power supply chain.This is the full extent that large users direct power purchase transactions can be carried out smoothly.(3)The power supply chain contract coordination problem under the two trading modes.In the traditional transaction model,the "quantity discount-cost sharing" combination contract can achieve complete coordination of the power supply chain,and under certain conditions,all entities can achieve Pareto improvement;while in the large-user direct power purchase transaction model,the “quantity discount-cost apportionment-revenue sharing” combination contract cannot achieve complete coordination of the power supply chain.At this time,the “quantity discount-cost apportionment-revenue sharing” combination contract that satisfies certain compensation conditions can be accepted by all entities in the power supply chain to achieve complete
