| In recent years,with the vigorous development of medical technology,people’s attention to health has increased,and the frequency of going to the hospital for physical examinations has also increased.Blood type testing,as an important part of daily physical examinations,has stricter requirements for its detection efficiency.Traditional blood type testing still uses purely manual operations or semi-automated equipment,and its human factors lead to low efficiency,poor accuracy,and no traceability,which cannot meet the rapid blood type testing needs of blood stations and large hospitals.As foreign fully automated blood type analysis instruments gradually move towards the domestic market,the efficiency of blood type testing has been significantly improved,but technical limitations make it difficult to popularize domestic automatic testing instruments,and foreign instruments require high procurement costs,so there is an urgent need to develop and improve automatic blood group analysis technology in China.According to the shortage of automatic blood group analysis instruments in China,this article analyzes the basic structure and performance of the automatic blood group analysis system,and designs a blood group analysis system using microfluidic blood group detection cards: use STM32 single-chip microcomputer,actuator and host computer for multi-module integration to realize the procedures of clamping,transfer,centrifugation and image interpretation of blood type detection card;establish a database to save original images and processing results,and improve the information of the blood type testing personnel and the detected images.The specific research content is as follows:(I)Consult a large number of domestic and foreign documents on blood group analysis technology and investigate the market application requirements of automated blood group analysis equipment,analyze the basic principles of blood group analysis technology and the composition of the automatic blood group analysis system,and delve into the current research status and future development direction of blood group analysis instruments at home and abroad.(II)Analyze the basic principles of blood group analysis using the microfluidic blood group detection card,determine the system design plan based on the structure of the automatic blood group analysis system,and clarify the operation workflow of each component to determine the technical indicators and parameters of the system.(III)Design the hardware system of the automatic blood group analysis system: select and calculate the key components through system parameters,including stepper motors,servo motors,industrial cameras and sensors,and clarify their driving methods,and build a set of hardware system frameworks for principle prototypes.(IV)Design the software system of the automatic blood group analysis system: complete and improve the host computer interface,including the login interface,the main interface and the developer interface;establish a database to store the original image result image,personnel information,time number and other information;Set the parameter preset value and working mode of the lower computer;establish communication between the upper computer and the lower computer to realize data and information feedback.(V)Perform digital image processing on the image of the microfluidic blood group detection card: complete the image preprocessing operation through image cropping,positioning segmentation,grayscale and filtering;use Sobel operator to process edge information to filter out the useless information on the edge;use the digital method of image information entropy to obtain the result of blood type interpretation;finally,a large number of repetitive experiments were carried out to verify the reliability of the blood group interpretation results,the stability and traceability of the blood group analysis system.In summary,this article discusses in detail the hardware and software structure and technical index parameters of the automatic blood group analysis system based on microfluidic blood group detection.The successful development of the principle prototype has laid the foundation for the domestic use of microfluidic blood type test cards to realize automatic blood group analysis,which has broad application prospects. |
