In the field of the clinical blood transfusion, the blood types analysis is not only a necessary detecting item, but also an important basis for correcting diagnosis results and matching blood types. Nowadays the micro-column gel technique is the most advanced detecting method, because it is prone to realize the automatic and standardized detection, and its result can be preserved for a long time, especially it is suitable for the mass operation.
