In our lives,we may encounter disasters such as car accidents,work-related injuries,earthquakes,etc.Disasters that cause injuries and blood loss are very common.Emergency blood transfusion treatment is one of the important steps to save lives in the event of a disaster.In order to ensure that the blood delivered to the patient is reliable,the patient's blood type must be analyzed before blood transfusion is performed on the patient.However,the current analysis equipment and blood storage equipment are separated from each other,and the volume is relatively large,and it is difficult to carry,which makes it impossible to carry out on-site blood transfusion treatment for the injured person in an emergency,and delays the treatment time.Therefore,this paper proposes to design a small automatic equipment that integrates the functions of red blood cell suspension storage and blood type analysis.The equipment is easy to transport and can realize efficient emergency blood transfusion in the field.In this paper,after deep understanding of the blood group analysis technology and the development status of the corresponding automation instruments,the research on this equipment is carried out.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:I.Understand the application of blood type analysis technology,analyze the principle of blood type analysis and the structure of related functions realized by existing automatic instruments,and combine the necessary conditions of existing blood storage,the overall scheme of equipment Conduct a careful analysis.2.Combine the microcolumn gel blood type detection technology to determine the function that the equipment should have,and design the key mechanism of the equipment,including red blood cell suspension blood bag storage,three-dimensional grasping,centrifugation,and micro liquid addition.3.Design the equipment motion control module,including the motor control drive circuit design with the stm32f103rct6 chip as the control unit and the C language-based motion control program design to realize the clamping and transportation of the test tube and the gel card.4.Because the analysis results are uncertain,it cannot be predicted.We use the method of machine vision analysis system to observe,and process the image by image acquisition and corresponding algorithm to obtain the analysis result.5.Finally,for some core modules,the corresponding experiments were carried out,including the experiments of the performance of the motion control circuit and the experiment of the liquid addition precision of the micro-liquid addition mechanism.The experimental results show that the actual requirements are met.
