Study On Cost Control In Construction Stage Of Construction Project Based On BIM

The construction industry has developed into one of the important components of China’s national economy.However,compared with other industries,the construction industry generally has serious problems such as low production efficiency,extensive management,waste of resources and low profit rate,especially in the construction stage.At the same time,with the gradual expansion of the scale of construction projects,construction technology and process gradually complicated,construction standards gradually strict,construction industry competition gradually fierce,construction enterprises to survive and develop,improve profits,it is necessary to strengthen cost control,reduce construction costs.The focus of traditional cost control in construction stage is to reduce cost on the premise of quality assurance,and improve the ability to review drawings to avoid mistakes leading to rework.With the development of informatization,under the influence of Internet,Internet of things,big data,cloud computing and other new normal conditions,the introduction of informatization tool--BIM into the cost control in the construction stage is of great significance to improve the management level of construction enterprises,reduce construction costs,improve project profits and promote enterprise transformation.In this paper,the BIM based construction project construction phase cost control as the research object,on the basis of the existing research results,the combination of qualitative and quantitative,constructed construction project cost control performance evaluation model and cost control model based on BIM.Combining theory with practice,this paper analyzes the applicability of the cost control model,evaluates its application effect,and puts forward Suggestions for improvement,so as to provide new ideas and approaches for improving the cost control level and profit rate of construction enterprises and enhancing market competitiveness.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Widely read the domestic and foreign references,comment on the application of BIM in the construction stage cost control,the BIM based construction stage cost control model and the research results of empirical research,and elaborate the relevant theories of BIM and construction stage cost control.(2)Application value analysis.Compare the difficulties of cost control in the current construction stage,and analyze the application value of BIM based cost control in the construction stage.Based on its application value,constructed cost control performance evaluation model for construction projects based on BIM.(3)Deepen the theoretical research,improve the earned value method,build the cost prediction model based on BIM5 D model information base,build the cost control system,optimize the pre-construction and medium-term cost control.(4)Combining theory with practice.In combination with JC resettlement house project,the applicability of BIM based cost control model in construction stage was verified,and its cost control effect was evaluated and corresponding improvement Suggestions were put forward.
