Study On The Risk Management Of The Construction Stage Of The Synthetic Hospital Project

With the deepening of the reform of the medical and health system,the medical and health institutions in our country are further optimized.The number of large-scale infrastructure projects in the hospital is also increasing,and its level of construction is directly related to the overall medical reform of the hospital.As a comprehensive system project with complex functional requirements,a comprehensive hospital project must have many uncertain risk factors,such as cost control,management coordination,quality control,and hidden dangers.There are many models for the construction of hospital projects.The agency construction is one of the widely used modes.This article will examine the risk management of the construction phase of a comprehensive hospital project from the perspective of the agency.This paper through the research on the status quo of the agent system and the general hospital project construction management situation,established a risk assessment model for the construction phase of the general hospital project construction agent,the establishment of this model is conducive to the agency to carry out the risk according to the calculated risk index level.Prevention and control,and the steady progress of project construction,have a positive significance in promoting the sustainable construction of comprehensive hospital projects and reducing the risk of government agency construction.First,this paper investigates and analyzes related researches on domestic and foreign risk management and agent construction theory.Then,through the review of theoretical literature,field survey of the project site,interviews with project participants,and survey questionnaires,the Delphi method was used to continuously modify the risk indicators to identify risk factors and establish an index system.Then,using the expert scoring method and the AHP to determine the weights of the evaluation indicators,a risk assessment model for the construction stage of the general hospital project construction contractor was constructed based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and a higher risk level indicator was judged.Proposed rationalized risk response measures.Finally,a case study confirms the feasibility and effectiveness of the research results,providing reference and reference for risk management of similar projects.
