Study On The Residential Standardization Of Qingdao

Housing Industrialization is based on the whole life cycle of a residential industry and the whole process of modern system.Its core is standardized design,large-scale production,assembly construction,integrated decoration and information management.Therefore,Housing Industrialization is the future development direction of China’s housing industry.There are many advantages of Housing Industrialization : reducing costs,improving quality,and improving efficiency.But if we want to truly realize Housing Industrialization,the premise is standardization.Residential standardization is to build a benchmark platform for residential buildings.It can be divided into two parts:The first is the standardized design process,covering design specification standards and module design standards,in which the module design includes the house design and the facade design;the second is the standardized design and production system of the parts.The entire residential standardization design system standardizes from the design of the apartment to the standardization of the facade design,which involves all aspects of the building’s use function,facade aesthetics,maintenance and repair,and building quality.This paper analyzes the research background of residential standardization,and combines the research status of domestic and foreign residential standardization,pointing out the research purpose of residential standardization and the significance of conducting this research.This paper introduces the relevant theories of residential design standardization.Through the interpretation of the standard and standardization concepts,the relationship between the two is derived and combined with residential design to clarify the significance and role of residential design standardization.Later,relevant cases about residential standardization design were introduced at home and abroad,including case design standardization case,facade design standardization case,component design standardization case,and case study.Through theoretical analysis and case analysis,this study designed a residential standardization scheme suitable for Qingdao area with Qingdao regional characteristics.It is hoped that through the design and practice of residential standardization in Qingdao,we will find a set of standardized design ideas and systems with universality.And the formation of a modular,standardized design strategy belonging to Qingdao,combined with the country’s green construction and sustainable development in the construction industry,to achieve high-volume,high-quality,high-efficiency construction of future residential.
