As the rapid development of highway construction,parts of the asphalt pavement appear cracks,vertical cracks,horizontal cracks,pits,loose,rutting,shoving,wave bleeding and other diseases before they reach the service lifeo The heave maintenance has become to the main problem of the road management departments.So far,the domestic maintenance technology has focused on single technology such as cover,regeneration and repair,Meanwhile our country has not set rules about the overhaul,lead to problems such as overhaul,overhaul scheme does not apply to the uncertainty of the design and construction of our country produce overhaul.At present,the territory of Chongqing section of highway asphalt pavement has not reached the age,different degree appeared pits,loose,repair and other diseases,and even some road pavement structural disease,one of the main research problems in highway maintenance management department as the asphalt pavement overhaul engineering.To solve this problem,based on investigation and research,analysis by experiment,the reason of the highway asphalt pavement to produce functional diseases and structural disease;according to different types of diseases,analysis of the technical scheme of typical highway asphalt pavement,summarizes the repairing technology of different types of the disease the study analyzed;according to the timing and quality management of overlay overhaul technology in application,put forward the principles of Expressway Asphalt Pavement overhaul maintenance countermeasure;combined with the territory of Chongqing city G75 sea highway Chongqing Guizhou Duan Liqing road repair,using the method proposed in this paper is verified.
