China’s construction industry is at a high stage of development,in which construction and installation enterprises gradually exposed some problems in the process of development,especially in the salary management system,construction and installation enterprises still retain some backward enterprise management concepts such as equalitarianism,seniority,etc.These concepts are not conducive to giving full play to the enthusiasm of employees.The improvement of salary management system in construction and installation enterprises should focus on optimizing salary management system,giving full play to the enthusiasm of employees and improving their satisfaction with salary.On the basis of explaining the theory of salary management,combining with the problems existing in the current salary system of KD Construction and Installation Company,this paper discusses the salary model of its technical employees,and puts forward a new salary system in line with the situation of the technical employees of KD Construction and Installation Company,so as to play an active role in the process of human resources management.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research on the optimization of salary management system for technical employees of KD Construction and Installation Company.Secondly,it combines the organizational structure,staff composition and staff characteristics of technical employees of KD Construction and Installation Company.In view of the current salary management system for technical employees of KD Construction and Installation Company,this paper mainly analyzes the problems from two angles: the exposure and the causes of the problems.Thirdly,the purpose and basic principles of the compensation management system optimization for technical employees of KD Construction and Installation Company are analyzed,and the ideas and key points of the compensation management system optimization for technical employees of KD Construction and Installation Company are put forward.Finally,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of salary management system for technical employees of KD Construction and Installation Company.Through the analysis and optimization of the salary management level of the technical staff of KD Construction and Installation Company,it is found that the formulation and refinement of the salary management system will help to further enhance the enthusiasm of the technical staff of KD Construction and Installation Company,ensure the sense of belonging of the technical staff,and reduce the operation and management costs of the company.It is conducive to promoting the implementation of the development strategy of KD Construction and Installation Company.
