Electric power industry is one of the more popular industries in many industries.After the electric power reform,more and more people poured into the electric power industry.However,with the continuous development of the market economy and the constant changes in the external environment,the salary growth in the power industry is slow,which is not directly proportional to the soaring price level.JF Power,a state-owned company in the power sector,is also affected by the problem.At present,the technical employees of JF Electric Power Company mainly adopt a relatively conservative salary system,which does not match the demand of the rapidly developing market economy in today’s society,and may cause adverse effects on both the enterprise and the employees.Technical employees are the backbone of power companies,and they are talents that need to be retained.Modern enterprise talent competition is fierce,only the use of good salary this important means,in order to make the enterprise in the competitive position.Although salary cannot bring direct benefits,it can also bring economic benefits and wealth to enterprises by using relatively feasible salary strategies and practices and exchanging salary into other materials,such as the living work of laborers and the combination of labor force and means of production.In this paper,35 technical workers of JF Electric Power Company were interviewed in depth,so as to understand the degree of satisfaction and understanding of the current salary system of technical employees of JF Electric Power Company.Then through the questionnaire survey method for156 technical employees of JF Power Company on the fairness of the company’s salary system,incentive degree and other issues were further investigated.Through these two methods,we can understand employees’ satisfaction with the salary system of JF Power Company.And combined with the literature review method to find out the shortcomings of JF Power Company’s technical employee compensation system.Analyze and summarize the reasons for the problem of technical employee compensation system in JF Power Company.Finally based on the broadband salary theory,through job analysis,job evaluation and a series of methods for the JF electric power company workers compensation system for further optimization and design,to perfect the compensation system in an all-round way,thus help JF power companies retain talent in the fierce competition in the market,as soon as possible "to create first-class power enterprises" business objective. |
