Research On Schedule Management Of System Integration Project

In the system integration project,the key chain method is widely used because it attaches importance to project resource constraints and improves the flexibility of project schedule control by inserting buffer period.However,there are many uncertain factors or unpredictable risks in the implementation of the system integration project,and the impact of these factors and risks on the project schedule cannot be quantified,which is often ignored or simply evaluated through intuitive feelings,thus reducing the accuracy of the schedule.By introducing grey theory into the key chain schedule management,the grey key chain method improves the setting of buffer time,improves the rationality of buffer period setting,and is more suitable for the schedule management of system integration project.Therefore,this paper chooses the gray key chain method as the theoretical basis to study the progress management of system integration project.First of all,this paper summarizes the theory and current situation of project schedule management,as well as the key chain method and grey key chain method.Then it describes the characteristics of system integration project and the progress management status of system integration proj ect,and points out some common problems.Based on these common problems,the gray key chain method is proposed to improve the accuracy of proj ect schedule prediction and the rationality of system integration project schedule.On this basis,taking the recent wireless communication private network system integration project of R company as an example,the gray key chain method is introduced to plan the project schedule,and the relevant measures of project schedule management are dynamically adjusted according to the calculation results to adapt to the actual progress of the project.The project proves that compared with the critical chain method,the grey critical chain method can improve the accuracy of buffer period setting,provide progress trend warning for progress management,and improve the overall effect of progress management.Finally,the direction of further improvement of the gray key chain method in the follow-up application of system integration project is prospected.
