| China’s scale of cities has been expanding accordingly.Urbanization has brought about economic growth and social progress,as well as rapid growth of traffic volume,which has increased the load of urban infrastructure.Due to many urban roads in China have been constructed in early years with single functions,the carrying capacity and function of roads can no longer meet the needs of urban traffic development,so it is imperative to transform the original roads.The urban road reconstruction project involves many factors,such as many participating departments and complex surrounding environment,which restrict the implementation progress of urban road reconstruction to a large extent.Therefore,it is necessary to consider the project implementation factors,and a reasonable project schedule plan should be formulated based on the actual situation of the projectThis thesis adopts the research method of combining theory with cases,which takes the H Road Two-Bid Project as the research object.Firstly,it describes the concept of project schedule management,and also states the basic idea,basic assumption and implementation steps of critical chain project method.Secondly,this article discusses its deferred risk points and problems of H Road Two-Bid Project.It is known that the original construction plan was postponed due to pipeline relocation and other problems.In order to reduce the risk of delay,the critical chain project method is used to solve the problems encountered in the projectIn this thesis,in case of the delay of the original schedule,the critical chain project method is used to reformulate the schedule plan of the Z interchange construction project in the Two-Bid section.On the basis of the traditional critical chain method,the resource constraints,process logical relationship and process duration are promoted to the same level,and the critical chain method is used to re-establish the schedule of the projects,including re-estimating the project duration,balancing resource conflicts,inserting buffers,etc.The buffer monitoring model is established to monitor the progress of the whole project,and a series of progress control measures are put forward.Lastly,the results show that,compared with the traditional schedule management plan established by the key path method,the project schedule management plan established based on the critical chain method is more reasonable and orderly in the specific construction process,and the total duration of the project is shortened by 13 days.The applicability and superiority of the critical chain method are fully verified in this case.The case in urban road reconstruction project progress management provides a reference. |
